Cancellation Policy Please be advised that we require 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a cancellation fee of $30+HST may be applied. Acupuncture Treatments Massage Therapy Fee plus additional $6.20 + $0.80 HST = $7.00 Shockwave Therapy Fees Massage Therapy Fee plus additional $6.20 + $0.80 HST = $7.00 Payment Payment in full is expected at the completion of each treatment. Insurance Coverage Most Extended Health Insurance Plans cover a portion up to 100% of a massage therapy treatment. |
